摘要
在GEANT4中建立了位于阿拉巴马大学的两台高纯锗探测器GeII与GeIII的辐射输运模型。这些探测器已广泛用于各类低本底实验材料的放射性测量。两个模型已在放射性测量中常见的若干场景下对照实际数据完成验证。估计GeII与GeIII模型的系统不确定度分别约为12%与9%。
