摘要
任意给定材料的色散关系对其载流子动力学至关重要。对于带隙双层石墨烯中全电子、门定义腔，我们开发了一种考虑材料电子特性与约束细节的轨迹追踪算法。我们展示了尽管圆形腔具有高对称性，双层石墨烯的各向异性色散如何依赖于栅极电压诱导出混沌与规则动力学。我们的结果证明了仅由各向异性材料特性所导致的非标准费米光学现象的出现。
