邻近纳米线岛的完整宇称相图

摘要

我们测量了混合 InSb-Al 岛的库仑阻塞电导振荡的电荷周期性随栅极电压和平行磁场的变化。周期性在依赖于栅极电压的磁场值 BB^* 处由 2e2e 变为 1e1e,且 BB^* 随栅极电压增大从高限值降至低限值。在两个限值之间的栅极电压区域(我们的数值模拟表明其最有望定位马约拉纳零模),我们观测到峰间距与峰高的关联振荡。对于正栅极电压,低 BB^*2e2e-1e1e 转变源于非拓扑态的存在,其能量因磁场的轨道效应而迅速色散至充电能量以下。我们的测量表明,作为定义未来拓扑量子比特的先决条件,仔细探索邻近纳米线的整个可用相空间至关重要。
