从大尺度到小尺度: ISM的全局模型

我们综述了关于ISM大尺度建模的工作，强调必须包括盘- halo- 盘循环，并且在密度和压力发生剧烈变化的区域使用动态网格细化，以实现对ISM的真实建模。我们还讨论了通过比较0.625、1.25和2.5 pc分辨率的模拟结果来验证模型收敛性，并指出为获得定量可靠的结果，至少需要1.25 pc的网格分辨率，因为当Delta x <= 1.1 pc时，结果收敛迅速。
