隧穿结上频率无关的偏置电压振幅

摘要
射频(rf)扫描隧道显微镜近来已发展为单原子自旋共振等方法。此类方法受益于隧穿结上频率无关的射频电压振幅,而由于传输线中射频衰减的强频率依赖性,这一目标难以实现。迄今已报道两种射频振幅的校准方法。在本注记中,我们提出一种替代方法以实现隧穿结上频率无关的射频电压振幅,并展示该校准的结果。所提出的步骤适用于能够向隧穿结提供射频电压的设备。
