摘要
从观察极化介入磁光激发态来推导出A价带在GaN中的色散，发现其强非抛物形，质量范围为1.2-1.8 m_{e}。这与Kim等人[Phys. Rev. B 56, 7363 (1997)]的理论相得益彰，该理论也给出强k依赖的A价带质量。强声子耦合导致在LO声子能量超过带隙时观察到的跃迁被消耗，且出现强非抛物性。通过从减去 reduced dispersion中的电子贡献来推导出价带，该模型包括对电子声子相互作用的完整处理。
