WACV 2024 FRCSyn 挑战赛:合成数据时代的人脸识别挑战

尽管人脸识别技术已在全球广泛采用,且在当前基准上表现出卓越性能,但仍有若干挑战需更细致地探讨。本文概述了在 WACV 2024 上组织的合成数据时代人脸识别挑战赛(FRCSyn)。这是首个旨在探索合成数据在人脸识别中应用以解决该技术现有局限性的国际挑战赛。具体而言,FRCSyn 挑战赛针对数据隐私问题、人口统计偏差、对未知场景的泛化能力,以及在具有显著年龄差异、姿态变化和遮挡等挑战性场景下的性能局限。FRCSyn 挑战赛所取得的成果以及所提出的基准,对应用合成数据改进人脸识别技术具有重要贡献。
