相对运动紧密平行板间的涨落电磁保守-耗散相互作用与加热：非相对论近似

摘要
我们首次利用涨落电动力学的推迟非相对论近似，计算了一块厚板平行于另一块静止的紧密平行板运动时所受到的加热率、吸引力保守力和切向耗散涨落电磁力。我们认为，近期发展的相对论非平衡涨落电磁相互作用理论(Volokitin等人, Phys.Rev. B78, 155437 (2008))存在严重缺陷。
