正半定矩阵上轨迹的拟合、比较与对齐及其在动作识别中的应用

摘要
在本文中,我们处理使用从视频序列中提取的人体骨架进行动作识别的问题。我们的方法延续了近期的工作,这些工作通过描述固定秩正半定矩阵的黎曼流形上轨迹的格拉姆矩阵来表示视频帧。与先前工作相比,此处固定秩正半定矩阵的流形被赋予了不同的度量,并且我们在曲线拟合和时间对齐步骤中采用了不同的算法。我们在三个公开可用的数据集(UTKinect-Action3D、KTH-Action 和 UAV-Gesture)上评估了我们的方法。所提出方法的结果与最先进的方法相比具有竞争力,同时仅涉及人体骨架。
