锆中 1/3 <1-210> 螺位错的一阶锥面滑移

摘要
基于经验原子间势或从头算计算,利用原子模拟研究了密排六方锆中 1/3 <1-210> 螺位错的锥面滑移。广义层错计算揭示了一阶锥面 {10-11} 中存在亚稳层错,其对应于一个基元锥面孪晶。该层错是锆中螺位错亚稳构型的起源,当位错在锥面滑移时,该构型会自发出现。
