摘要
我们研究通过一个强侧耦合量子点（QD）的量子线（QW）的电子输运。我们得到当栅极电压位于导带边缘附近时，线性电导具有横向峰。计算的态密度显示，这些峰与导带外部的再规范化局域能级相关。这些结果与最近的实验结果相符。
