量子点中非平衡Kondo效应的扰动理论

摘要
在有限偏压电压下,通过量子点进行的量子传输理论基于Keldysh形式的扰动理论开发。发现当电压超过Kondo温度时,,Kondo谱会分裂为双峰,这导致导电性中出现第二个峰,除零偏压峰外。在讨论新峰与量子点电压强度异常(0.7导电异常)的相关性时,得到了这些结果。
