利用热电模块将高功率 LED 热损耗转化为光的 feasibility 研究

摘要
发光二极管不发射红外光与紫外光，其光谱完全位于可见光部分。但 LED 并非冷光源，所有能量损耗均为热损耗。本文旨在证明利用热电模块将热损耗再利用以产生光的可行性。将 Peltier 模块用于 LED 系统的论文均始终用于冷却 [1-6]。据作者所知，这是首次利用 Peltier 模块产生光以提升高功率 LED 照明系统整体效率、将热损耗加以利用的研究。
