面向联合叠层成像与层析成像的快速层析对齐

摘要

联合叠层成像与层析成像(JPT)是近年来发展起来的一种框架,能够在相邻扫描位置对探针重叠要求显著放宽的情况下实现三维体的高分辨率重建。在叠层X射线计算机层析成像(PXCT)实验中,扫描平移由高精度压电平台控制,而旋转平台的跳动误差通过对齐相位恢复后的投影来校正。然而,对于JPT而言此类投影按定义是不可用的,因此将需要精确获知样品的角向定位,而这受限于硬件精度而难以满足。本文提出一种方法,可在无需恢复单个相位投影的情况下校正叠层层析数据相对于旋转轴的失准。这将促进JPT在提供快速、数据高效的纳米层析实验方面的发展与应用。
