利用射频传感器量子点快速感知双点电荷排布和自旋态

摘要
报道了双量子点电荷排布和自旋态的单次测量,测量时间低至约100纳秒。传感利用了库仑阻塞区近邻量子点的射频反射测量。传感器量子点的灵敏度比类似的量子点接触传感器高出多达30倍,并在射频单次测量中产生三倍的信噪比。数值建模与实验定性一致,并表明传感器量子点灵敏度的提高源于屏蔽和寿命展宽的减少。
