基于CountSketch的快速随机矩阵与张量插值分解

摘要
我们提出一种利用CountSketch的矩阵插值分解新快速随机算法。随后将该方法推广至Biagioni等人（J. Comput. Phys. 281, pp. 116-134, 2015）引入的张量插值分解问题。针对矩阵与张量两种情形均给出理论性能保证。在合成与真实数据上的数值实验表明，我们的算法在保持与竞争方法相当精度的同时运行时间更短，在大型矩阵与张量上实现至少数量级的加速。
