基于情境叙事的事实核查：利用检索增强型大语言模型进行社交媒体分析

摘要
我们提出 CRAVE（基于聚类的检索增强型验证与解释），一个新型框架，将检索增强型大语言模型（LLM）与聚类技术相集成，以解决社交媒体上的事实核查挑战。CRAVE 自动从多样且常常相互矛盾的来源中检索多模态证据。证据被聚类为连贯的叙事，并通过基于 LLM 的评判器进行评估，以提供由证据摘要解释的事实核查 verdict。通过综合文本和图像模态的证据，并纳入基于智能体的细化，CRAVE 确保证据表示的一致性和多样性。全面实验表明，CRAVE 在检索精度、聚类质量和判断准确性方面均表现出色，展示了其作为事实核查者强大的决策支持工具的潜力。
