在打印/扫描及异构图像源存在下的人脸融合检测

摘要
如今，人脸融合在电子身份证件背景下构成了重大的安全威胁，同时也是人脸识别领域研究人员面临的一项有趣挑战。尽管最先进的方法在数字图像上取得了良好的性能，但迄今为止，尚未找到令人满意的解决方案来应对跨数据库测试和打印扫描图像（在许多国家通常用于证件签发）。在这项工作中，提出了训练深度神经网络进行融合检测的新方法：特别是生成模拟的打印扫描图像结合其他数据增强策略，以及在大型人脸识别数据集上进行预训练，使得在来自异构图像源的挑战性数据集上达到了最先进的准确率。
