摘要
我们利用二次指数和，获得了 F_2 上给定秩的双重 persymmetric 矩阵数量的显式表达式。（若对于 i+j = r+s 有 a(i,j) = a(r,s)，则矩阵 [a(i,j)] 称为 persymmetric）
