摘要

系统地研究了 MgB2 的断接隧道。探索了两种类型的断接接触，这些接触在同一样品上表现出类似 (SIS) 和点接触 (SnS) 的行为。它们都显示了两个不同的能隙的存在。我们还观察到与 Leggett 的集体模式促进隧道有关的 I(V) 特性的特殊现象。
