钌 L 壳层荧光产额与 Coster-Kronig 跃迁概率的实验测定

摘要

利用德国联邦物理技术研究院(Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt)经辐射校准的仪器,首次实验测定了钌的 L 壳层荧光产额和 Coster-Kronig 因子(及相应不确定度)。所得荧光产额(ωL3=0.0459(20)\omega_{L_3}=0.0459(20)ωL2=0.0415(26)\omega_{L_2}=0.0415(26)ωL1=0.0109(9)\omega_{L_1}=0.0109(9))与 Coster-Kronig 因子(f23=0.177(32)f_{23}=0.177(32)f13=0.528(90)f_{13}=0.528(90)f12=0.173(73)f_{12}=0.173(73))与文献中的部分数据吻合较好。
