结构方程建模框架下含潜变量、潜过程、潜变化与潜类别的非线性纵向过程检验：R 包 nlpsem
摘要
我们介绍 R 包 nlpsem，一个在结构方程建模（SEM）框架下分析纵向过程的综合工具包，其纳入个体测量时刻。该包强调非线性纵向模型，尤其是内在模型，涵盖四个关键情景：（1）带潜变量的单变量纵向过程，可选择性包含如时不变协变量（TICs）和时变协变量（TVCs）等协变量；（2）多变量纵向分析以探索纵向变量间的相关或单向关系；（3）用于情景（1）和（2）中比较显式类别的多组框架；以及（4）用于情景（1）和（2）的混合模型，容纳潜类别异质性。基于 OpenMx R 包构建，nlpsem 支持灵活的模型设计，并使用全信息最大似然法进行参数估计。一个显著特征是其直接从原始数据确定初值的算法，提升了计算效率与收敛性。此外，nlpsem 提供拟合优度检验、聚类分析、可视化、p 值推导与三类置信区间，以及使用似然比检验对嵌套模型和使用如 Akaike 信息准则与 Bayesian 信息准则等准则对非嵌套模型进行模型选择的工具。本文作为 nlpsem R 包的配套文档，提供对其建模能力、估计方法、实现特性及使用合成智力增长数据的应用示例的全面指南。
