光滑势垒台阶的精确粒子对产生率

摘要
我们推导了在三维空间中，由正比于tanh kz的光滑势垒产生的带相反电荷标量粒子对产生的精确速率。作为验证，我们由此恢复了无限陡峭台阶以及均匀电场情况下的已知结果。
