摘要
我们利用一组电容耦合到石墨烯以调制势景观的金属栅极,研究了通过石墨烯中势垒的输运过程。当栅极诱导的势阶足够陡峭时,无序变得不那么重要,跨越势阶的电阻与 Dirac 费米子 Klein 隧穿的预测在定量上相符,仅存在微小修正。我们还进行了低磁场下的磁阻测量,并将其与最近的预测进行了比较。
