摘要
对 La_{1.97}Sr_{0.03}CuO_{4} 的 c 轴磁输运和电阻噪声研究揭示了清晰的玻璃态特征，如滞后、记忆效应和缓慢的相关动力学，但这些现象仅出现在远低于自旋玻璃转变温度 T_{sg} 的温度 (T) 下。结果强烈表明，由于库仑相互作用，出现了电荷玻璃态或动态电荷有序。
