医师与外科医生中用于人类增强的神经技术应用之伦理分析

摘要
随着全球范围内因 COVID-19 大流行等情况导致的医师与外科医生短缺及需求增加，人们日益关注寻找解决方案以应对该问题。对此问题的一个解决方案是使用神经技术为他们提供增强的认知、感知与行动，以实现最优诊断与治疗。然而，这样做可能对他们及他人产生负面影响。我们认为，在医师与外科医生中应用神经技术进行人类增强会造成不公正，并对他们及患者造成伤害。在本文中，我们将首先描述可用于实现医师与外科医生相关增强的增强方式与神经技术。随后我们将回顾文献中讨论的若干伦理关切，探讨用于增强目的之神经技术背后的神经工程学，最后就医疗与外科实践中通过神经技术实现人类增强的结果与伦理问题进行分析并作结。
