估计比较 DNA 微阵列实验中差异表达基因的比例

DNA 微阵列实验是一项成熟的实验技术，旨在理解基因在某些生物过程中的功能。功能基因组学研究中最常见的实验之一是比较两组微阵列数据以确定哪些基因是差异表达的。在本文中，我们提出了一种方法来估计此类实验中差异表达基因的比例。我们在模拟研究中评估了该方法的性能，并将其与其他标准方法进行了比较。最后，我们在来自两项小鼠毒理学实验的真实数据中对这些方法进行了比较。
