铜氧化物中$ab$轴和$c$轴隧穿及零偏压电导的本质差异

摘要
鉴于高温超导的s波和d波特性之争,研究了隧穿特性的特殊性。我们表明,各向异性s波能隙具有与d波超导体相同的低电压幂律电导和态密度中的双峰结构。对于轴隧穿,不对称的隧穿电导和零偏压电导的出现是由于层间跳跃参数引起的有限能带分裂。
