利用硅线波导产生纠缠

摘要

我们报道了首个利用硅波导进行的纠缠产生实验。通过在长度为 1.09 cm 的硅线波导中利用自发四波混频,我们在无温度控制的条件下产生了 1.5 μ\mum 的高纯度时间-bin 纠缠光子,并观测到可见度大于 73% 的双光子干涉条纹。
