增强氮化物基发光器件中空子注入

摘要
提出一种 novel 器件设计,以显著增强氮化物基发光异构结构中空子注入电流。初步计算表明,采用基于真象转移概念的超晶格空子注入器设计后,可实现注入空子电流数个数量级的提升。
