摘要
我们报道了在磁性隧道势垒中观察到增强的自旋相关散粒噪声，这表明输运是通过势垒内的局域态进行的。负磁电阻和微分电导曲线中的结构特征支持了这一观点。我们使用一个简单的模型，即通过两个相互作用的、具有自旋相关隧穿率的局域态进行隧穿，来解释我们的观察结果。
