摘要
我们考虑了在具有无序性的半导体量子阱中嵌入的微腔内的极化子（exciton-polaritons）之间的相互作用。无序性作用于半导体量子阱中的极子。我们计算了在无序性存在下的极子和极子自能，以及极子和极子能量色散关系。我们的结果表明，无序性会增加极子-极子相互作用。
