摘要
研究表明,纳米级衬底表面粗糙度强烈影响在晶体LaAlO3衬底上通过脉冲激光沉积制备的YBCO薄膜的临界电流密度Jc,该衬底包含两个分离的无孪晶和富孪晶区域。纳米级波纹表面在沉积过程中在富孪晶区域形成。利用磁光成像技术结合光学和原子力显微镜,我们观察到富孪晶区域YBCO薄膜中磁通钉扎增强,导致Jc增加约30%,这通过直接输运测量得到了明确证实。
