溶液中聚合物折叠与去折叠过程中的能量转移效率分布

摘要
本文首次通过布朗动力学模拟，计算了 Lennard-Jones 聚合物链两端之间在平衡态以及折叠和去折叠过程中的荧光共振能量转移 (FRET) 效率分布。在温度骤降后扩展态折叠期间，FRET 效率分布呈双峰分布，其中扩展态的分布宽度比折叠态更宽。温度上跳后去折叠的逆过程表现出不同的特征。该分布表现出显著的粘度依赖性，可通过实验进行检验。
