碱土金属和后过渡金属氧化物的电子结构

摘要
利用氧K边X射线吸收和发射光谱探测了碱土金属氧化物AeO（Ae = Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba）和后过渡金属氧化物MeO（Me = Zn, Cd, Hg）的电子结构。将实验数据与密度泛函理论电子结构计算结果进行了比较。我们利用氧K边的实验光谱来估算这些材料的带隙，并将我们的结果与文献中可获得的数值范围进行了比较。
