摘要

铁基超导体的超导态和正常态输运性质对无序和杂质散射敏感。通过研究不同Co浓度的Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2薄膜，我们证明在脏极限下，Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2电子相图中的超导穹顶向低掺杂方向移动，这与单晶中的观测结果显著不同。我们表明，特别是在欠掺杂区域，超导转变温度可能高于27 K。
