Ni$_2^+$ 的电子基态

通过在一台低温离子阱中进行温度和磁场依赖的 X 射线磁圆二色谱测量,实验确定了 Ni 双原子分子阳离子的 基态。在该实验中,通过缓冲气体冷却分子离子,达到了 K 的电子和转动温度。磁偶极项对 X 射线磁圆二色谱自旋求和规则的贡献为每个原子 ,约占自旋磁矩的 11%。我们发现,一般而言, 过渡金属的同核双原子分子阳离子在其电子基态中似乎倾向于采用最大的自旋磁矩。
