掺杂LaCoO_3中的电子态与磁态

摘要
本文在 Co_2O_{11} 团簇上采用数值精确对角化方法，研究了掺杂钙钛矿钴氧化物 (La, Sr)CoO_3 的电子态与磁态。结果表明，在符合实际的参数取值下，由于强烈的 p-d 混合，单空穴掺杂团簇中高自旋态与中间自旋态共存。计算所得的掺杂钴氧化物磁态解释了多种实验结果。
