电子掺杂LaCoO$_{3}$中Co价态与自旋态的微观研究

摘要

我们通过测量X射线吸收谱和电子自旋共振,研究了电子掺杂LaCo1y_{1-y}Tey_{y}O3_3中的Co价态与自旋态。低温绝缘态涉及低自旋Co3+^{3+} (S=0S=0)和高自旋Co2+^{2+}态,后者由g=3.8g=3.8jeff=1/2j_{\rm eff}=1/2描述。该结果与被电阻率证实的电子-空穴不对称性一致,并与该体系中的自旋阻塞现象相符。进一步,我们从强共价键性质讨论了gg因子,并考虑了该现象的多种起源。
