量子线发光中的电子-空穴关联效应

摘要
我们在线性近似下，并利用接触势相互作用，对光激发量子线中的电子-空穴关联进行了自洽处理。通过自洽引入高阶关联，很大程度上克服了线性近似在激子低密度区的局限性。我们展示了这些关联在低温发射中的相关性，即使在激光作用相关的高密度下，当大增益取代激子吸收时也是如此。
