摘要
具有负相对折射率的介质之间的界面通常支持具有大波数的数字电磁表面极化子模式。分析了这些模式与潘德里对 ``完美(实)图像形成'' 通过负折射率材料平行薄片的近期预测的关系。发现 ``完美图像'' 理论在不包括大波数截止条件的情况下是不完整的,该截止条件源于必需的本征关系的波数依赖性,控制图像的分辨率。
