我们计算了低能π-p弹性散射和电荷交换散射中s波和p波对同位旋不变混合角和两个本征相的电磁修正。这些修正必须应用于从实验数据相移分析中获得的核量，以获得强子相。我们将我们的结果与早期计算进行了比较，并估计了修正中的不确定性。
