摘要
我们给出了在外加平行于量子阱平面的均匀电场中、能量区域位于带隙以上、适用于观测 Franz-Keldysh（FK）振荡的含里德伯激子 CuO 量子阱（QW）的理论计算光学函数。我们定量描述了 FK 调制的振幅与周期性，以及里德伯激子与受限效应对该现象的影响。
