我们以畴生长和玻璃态系统为例，描述了一些在非平衡系统演化过程中观察到的有趣效应。我们简要讨论了最近用于研究这些系统动力学的分析工具。我们主要关注从这项研究中获得的一个结果，即涨落-耗散定理的破坏，并特别讨论了它与非平衡态下有效温度的定义和测量的关系。
