带非磁性杂质的层状量子反亚金刚石的有效场论

摘要

我们提出了一种有效的二维量子非线性sigma模型结合经典 percolation 理论,以研究类似于La2_{2}Cu1x_{1-x}Mx_xO4_{4}(M=Zn, Mg)的掺杂层状量子反亚金刚石的磁性质。我们计算了零温时各掺杂率下的亚对称磁化Ms(x)M_s(x),磁关联长度ξ(x,T)\xi(x,T),NMR松弛速率1/T1(x,T)1/T_1(x,T)以及Néel温度TN(x)T_N(x)。由于量子润动,我们发现位于掺杂率xc0.305x_c\approx0.305处存在一个量子临界点(QCP),其掺杂率低于二维 percolation 阈值xp0.41x_p\approx0.41。我们将结果与可获得的实验数据进行比较。
