摘要
我们提出了一种有效的二维量子非线性sigma模型结合经典 percolation 理论,以研究类似于LaCuMO(M=Zn, Mg)的掺杂层状量子反亚金刚石的磁性质。我们计算了零温时各掺杂率下的亚对称磁化,磁关联长度,NMR松弛速率以及Néel温度。由于量子润动,我们发现位于掺杂率处存在一个量子临界点(QCP),其掺杂率低于二维 percolation 阈值。我们将结果与可获得的实验数据进行比较。
