Nyquist噪声对二维电子体中Nyquist去相位率的影响

摘要
我们测量了外部施加宽带Nyquist噪声对二维电子气低温下固有Nyquist去相位率的影响。在测量误差范围内，相干时间不受外部Nyquist噪声的影响，包括施加最高达300K的噪声温度。使用微波网络分析仪，在同一实验中定量确定施加Nyquist噪声的幅度（从100 MHz到10 GHz）。
