Li 掺杂对 Mg1-xLixB2 结构和超导临界温度的影响

摘要
我们报告了 Mg1-xLixB2 化合物的制备。对于 x<0.3 可获得近单相样品。随着 Li 掺杂，面内晶格参数 a 减小，而 c 参数没有明显变化。Mg1-xLixB2 的超导临界温度随 Li 掺杂而降低，x=0.5 的样品失去超导性。我们的结果与孔洞超导机制的预测一致。
