摘要
我们计算了存在无序情况下石墨烯中 Dirac 电子的基态能量。我们将固定在距石墨烯片一定距离处随机分布的带电杂质和表面涨落（波纹）作为主要的散射机制。采用散射率的模耦合方法和 Incorporating 多体相互作用及无序效应的基态能量随机相位近似，所得结果与实验测得的逆压缩率吻合良好。
