基于蒸发前沿动力学的多孔材料干燥模型

摘要
提出一种基于蒸发前沿动力学的多孔材料干燥模型，用以解释其干燥速率曲线。干燥速率下降阶段归因于前沿在介质内部传播受孔隙产生的无序阻力所致。该模型通过数值求解，得到干燥阶段的干燥速率曲线。该曲线在早期时间表现出线性行为，与实验结果一致。
