摘要
众所周知,自旋锁定噪声谱技术是用于表征超导量子比特中低频噪声机制的强有力手段。此处我们表明,量子比特的驱动自旋锁定态的弛豫率可受到偏离共振的高频两能级系统缺陷的显著影响。因此,在解释自旋锁定测量及其他类型的驱动态噪声谱时,应同时考虑低频与高频缺陷。
